Reflection:

As I write out my outlines for each of our assignments, I try to stress the importance of formative assessments and using them as a tool to drive instruction in each. This article has eloquently stated the importance of formative assessments within the classroom and the need for teacher competence when it comes to administering, reading the results and following through with the appropriate action.
